- Due to the seasonality of the fresh produce we serve, the right to revise menus and prices without notice is received
- 3% gratuity is applied to all functions
- Credit Card Authority must be supplied for all functions
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
SWR requires 1 4 days notice of final guest numbers and this will be the minimum you will be charged for the function. You can vary the numbers by up to 1 0% from your original agreement without penalty as long as the function is over the minimum spend. The deposit is non refundable, if you cancel within '60 days of function date. If you cancel outside these time frames set above SWR will hold the funds as a credit to be used anytime in the restaurant for up to 1 2 months from the day you paid the deposit. The client is liable for all damages caused as a result of their guest's actions which must be paid for on the night. It is requested that the client please ensure that their guests do not become intoxicated as it is a breech of SWR liquor licence and to respect the boat owners at night by keeping the noise down to a minimum after midnight. If the balance of the function is not paid in full 72 hours from the function date SWR has the right to cancel the function and invoice the client for 50% of the function value as stated below.
