Function Packages - From 30- 75 seated guests
When you step onto the marina the boutique experience of Sanders comes to light. There is no such thing as a bad table as everyone gets an unobstructed view of the harbour and when it comes to ambience nothing beats the sensation of watching a boat sail by and listening to the water lap up against the jetty.
The following is a guide to what your event will be if you host it at Sanders.

3 course package (from $ 75 per guest)
Included in this package
- Canapés on arrival – 2 per person (This can be substituted for basic anti pasta platters or grilled turkish bread, mixed olives & dips if desired)
- Entrée –3 choices can be made from our functions menu attached (served alternately)
- Main – 3 choices can be made from our functions menu attached (served alternately) - (inc bread roll per guest and Garden Fresh Salad in Olive Oil & Balsamic dressing 1 per approx. 4 guests)
- Dessert – 2 choices can be made from our functions menu attached (served alternately)
- Cake – we can cut and serve your cake for each guest (Cake cutting only - No Cost | Cake served with seasonal berries, raspberry coulis, ice cream, and almond wafers - $5 per guest)
- Fries served with main course - $6 per serve (serves approx. 4 guests)
2 course package (from $60 per guest)

1 Course Children's Package (from $25.00 per child)

- Main – Each child can choose from 2 different options on the day (Golden fried fish and chips or Chicken schnitzel and chips) - (inc bread roll per guest and Garden Fresh Salad in Olive Oil & Balsamic dressing 1 per approx. 4 guests)
- Unlimited juice and soft drink ($15 extra per child)
- Cake – we can cut and serve your cake for each guest (Cake cutting only - No Cost | Cake served with seasonal berries, raspberry coulis, ice cream, and almond wafers - $5 per guest)
Note: Only applicable for children under 11 years of age / Please choose Fish on Chicken prior to Function Date.
Please note we do cater for vegetarians & gluten free guests and as a result special meals can be prepared unique to the needs of these guests at no extra charge.
