- Lightly fried salt and pepper calamari with green papaya, carrot, snow pea, and peanut salad with namjim dressing
- Seared white scallops, buttered young leeks, blanched asparagus and Romesco sauce
- Salad of confit duck, caramelised pineapple, fresh mint, coriander, Thai basil and fried eschallots.
- Crispy wonton basket of smoked salmon, mascarpone, pancetta, caramelised onion and pine nuts.
- Grilled eggplant involtini filled with semi dried tomato, bocconcini, fresh basil, served with a wild rocket, olive and roasted pepper salad.
