Entree Please choose 2 variations.

  • Lightly fried salt and pepper calamari with green papaya, carrot, snow pea, and peanut salad with namjim dressing
  • Seared white scallops, buttered young leeks, blanched asparagus and Romesco sauce
  • Salad of confit duck, caramelised pineapple, fresh mint, coriander, Thai basil and fried eschallots.
  • Crispy wonton basket of smoked salmon, mascarpone, pancetta, caramelised onion and pine nuts.
  • Grilled eggplant involtini filled with semi dried tomato, bocconcini, fresh basil, served with a wild rocket, olive and roasted pepper salad.

Mains Please choose 2 variations.

  • Chargrilled pork rib eye, served with a roasted garlic sauce, snow peas and sautéed potatoes.
  • Cornfed Chicken breast wrapped in proscuitto, served on kumera puree, with a red wine jus.
  • Seared fillet of blue eyed cod on a warm salad of potato, roasted red peppers, Spanish onions and Sicilian olives,topped with wilted cherry tomatoes and lemon vinaigrette.
  • Chargrilled Beef tenderloin with béarnaise sauce, hand cut Desiree chips buttered asparagus spears.
  • Tomato, artichoke and goats cheese tart with a wild rocket and pine nut salad and a reduced balsamic dressing. .
