Inside or out a cocktail party at Sanders is a unique way to host your next event. For those in the know Sanders, is the best kept secret of Cabarita and what makes it unique is the access we have to the 1 50sqm deck area that flows from the restaurant. Weather permitting your guests will be able to soak up ,the views of the marina and bask in the glory that our beautiful harbour has to offer."
Whilst all this is going on mingling thru the crowd will be the Sanders team serving up a gourmet selection of 10 different canapes for your guests to enjoy, & pouring drinks from the bar.

Drinks can be on consumption (pay as you go)* or you can purchase a fixed drinks package for $30 for up to 4 hours.
Everyone’s palate is different and as a result the management at Sanders now allows BYO (wine only) , in conjunction with a beverage package/beverages on consumption. As a result you can enjoy the culinary delights of our chefs over your favourite red or white.
The Sanders Function beverage package includes
- Local beers, e.g., James Boags Light, Tooheys Extra Dry, Pure Blonde
- Zilzie “Selection 23” Wines from the Murray Darling area in Victoria. You can choose from their Sparkling white wine, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Merlot or Shiraz.
- Fresh Juice & Icy cold soft drink
* If you wish to upgrade to an open bar with basic spirits and premium beers it will be an extra $15 per guest.
* If you need to extend the drinks package time it is an extra $10 per hour per guest plus a room hire fee of $300 per 30 minutes.
* All meals will be served on an alternate drop basis to ensure consistency or the food and time constraints
